Returns / Refunds / Cancellation Policy
Goods must be returned unused and in their original sealed packaging within 7 days together with the original receipt and reference number of the transaction. Also a full written description of the reason for the return is also required to be enclosed with the returned item.
Cancellation of order/s must be notified to the company in writing by fax or email within 48hours

Crocodile Music Pro Sales
All other Crocodile Music Products and Services EXCLUDE UK Value Added Tax ( VAT ) of 15%. This will be added to each transaction as appropriate.
Payment in Advance
Payment for all Crocodile Music and Crocodile Records products and services is in advance via EPDQ. For established account customers payment is strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. Failure to remit payment 30 days from date of invoice will incurr an additional monthly surcharge of 5% of the total value of each unpaid invoice. This charge will automatically be added to each monthly statement where appropriate.
Export Restrictions
The company is not aware of any export restrictions relating to the supply of its goods or services to any country worldwide
